- Construct a left-turn lane (for both north and southbound traffic) at the intersection of Hwy 71 and CR 3 near Svea

A detour will be in place for the duration of the project.
- Vehicles – Hwy 23 to CR 5 to CR 3 to 135th St. to Hwy 23
- Trucks – Hwy 23 to CR 5 to Hwy 7 to Hwy 23
Svea
